ill received a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from the University of Michigan in 1995. She graduated from Emory University School of Law in Atlanta, Georgia in 1998 and was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1999.

Since her admission to the California Bar in 2003, Jill has litigated matters involving bad faith, in the context of earthquake and health care defense, as well as matters involving personal injury and premises liability.
