oseph Miller graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California, San Diego, where he majored in Management Science.  Mr. Miller graduated from Southwestern University School of Law in 2006 and was admitted to the California Bar in December 2006.

After completing his undergraduate education, Mr. Miller moved to New York City where he worked in corporate governance.  Mr. Miller returned to California to attend law school.  During his law school studies he clerked for two civil litigation law firms.
