ary Bevins has extensive jury trial experience taking cases to verdict in such areas as employment, sexual harassment, premise liability, medical negligence, auto liability, breach of contract and fraud. She also represented client’s interests in federal and state courts in diverse areas of civil litigation including  product liability, professional negligence, business, insurance, environmental, real estate and construction. 

Ms. Bevins attended San Diego State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree. Ms. Bevins studied law at Western State University College of Law in Fullerton, CA and graduated with a Juris Doctor degree in 1992.

Ms. Bevins was admitted to the California State Bar in 1993. Before and while attending law school she competed as a professional triathlete and was employed by the State of California as a San Diego Coast Supervisor. While at San Diego State, she was the recipient of student athlete academic awards in Division I women’s swimming. She is currently a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the Orange County Bar Association. She is admitted to practice in all United States District Courts of California. She has served as a judge pro tem with the Orange County Superior Court personal injury and business panels.
