r. Ziemann attended Brigham Young University and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology in 1984.

He studied law at the University of Southern California Law Center and received a Juris Doctor degree in 1987.  During law school, he participated in the Hale Moot Court Honors Program and was the student body Vice President. He clerked for a general litigation law firm during law school.  After graduation, he spent three years with another general civil litigation firm prior to joining Wesierski & Zurek.

Mr. Ziemann has experience handling cases involving a variety of issues including wrongful termination, products liability, premises liability as well as various business related issues such as usurping corporate opportunities and misappropriating trade secrets. He has handled many of jury trials and civil appeals. He is admitted to practice in all California Courts, the U.S. District Court and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
