Chris Wesierski was selected as the lead counsel in a case in Los Angeles involving 120 defendants and a plaintiff who lost a lung that she claimed resulted from a toxic work environment. The trial lasted over a year and involved hundreds of motions in limine and pretrial motions, as well as severed and bifurcated issues tried in separate mini-trials. The case ended successfully and all motions and trials were handled expeditiously and thoroughly.
