Daniel Ford

Dan Ford attended the University of California at Davis where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in agricultural and managerial economics in 1979. He then attended the University of San Diego School of Law receiving his Juris Doctor degree in 1982. That same year, he was admitted to the California Bar. He is a member of the Orange County Bar Association and the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel.

Since his admission to the California Bar, Mr. Ford has practiced at defense firms. Prior to joining Wesierski & Zurek LLP, upon its formation, Mr. Ford was a principal with a large defense firm.

Mr. Ford has extensive litigation and trial experience in many areas of law, including business disputes, products liability, medical malpractice, insurance bad faith, premises liability and auto liability.

Mr. Ford was previously the managing partner for the Firm in its Irvine office, and presently is of counsel.
