Kevin D. Campbell graduated from The Ohio State University where he received his B.A. Degree in Economics and Political Science in 1977. He received his Juris Doctorate degree from Southwestern University School of Law in 1981. Mr. Campbell is admitted to practice before the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, and a member of the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Central, and Northern Districts.
Mr. Campbell has over 23 years of extensive experience prosecuting and defending high exposure personal injury cases involving automobile, commercial and recreational vehicles, governmental tort liability actions, and premises liability claims in the hospitality and casino resort industry. Mr. Campbell was trial counsel in the California Supreme Court decision in Day v. City of Fontana (2001) 25 Cal.App.4th 268, which held that Proposition 213 was applicable in claims under the California Tort Claims Act.
