Nancy N. Lubrano

Nancy Lubrano earned her undergraduate degree from California State University, Fullerton, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature. She earned her Juris Doctorate degree from California Western School of Law in 2009. She was admitted to the California State Bar in 2009.

Prior to law school, Ms. Lubrano was a paralegal for many years to employment defense counsel where she gained extensive experience in defending employers against a broad range of employment-related claims in both state and federal court as well as before administrative agencies.  Ms. Lubrano assisted with single plaintiff cases as well as large employment-related class action cases.

Ms. Lubrano's areas of emphasis are representation of employers in discrimination, wrongful termination/constructive discharge, harassment, retaliation, leave violations, and wage and hour matters.  Ms. Lubrano also advises and counsels employers on preventive measures to avoid litigation.  Ms. Lubrano also practices business litigation.
