Thomas G. Wianecki

Thomas Glen Wianecki attended the University of California at Los Angeles where he graduated cum laude in 1973, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree and a secondary teaching credential.

From 1973 to 1976 Mr. Wianecki went to Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. Throughout the law school years he worked as a law clerk. Upon passing the State Bar examination and being sworn as a lawyer, Tom was in his first trial within one week!

Mr. Wianecki practices primarily in the personal injury field. He has conducted over 60 jury trials during his years of experience. Those trials have been primarily insurance defense cases in the areas of premises liability, dental malpractice, attorney malpractice, products liability, automotive liability, and medical fraud.

Mr. Wianecki is currently a member of the Orange County Bar Association. He is also admitted to the California Central District of the U.S. District Court.  Mr. Wianecki is an Advocate with the American Board of Trial Advocates.
